Terms and conditions

1. Service provider

Rent Frigo Camping rents out fridges and microwaves, delivering and collecting them at campsites on the Costa Brava and in Maresme. Contact: info@reservas.puntozeroserver.com.

2. Contract

The rental of one or more fridges and, optionally, a microwave (which may only be booked with at least one fridge) for the reserved dates, with delivery and collection at the campsite and accommodation specified by the customer.

3. Booking and price

The price is calculated as nights × price per night × quantity of each product and is confirmed in the summary before the booking is completed. The price is fixed when you book; later rate changes do not affect confirmed bookings. Availability is checked at the time of booking. If a product is unavailable for the selected dates, the booking will not be completed.

4. Payment

Payment is due on delivery, in cash or by bank transfer, unless another method is stated when the booking is confirmed.

5. Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, contact us with your booking reference. Changes are subject to availability.

6. Customer responsibility

You agree to use the equipment properly and report any fault or issue during the rental. The equipment must be available for collection at the agreed date and location.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable consumer protection rules.
